wow, guys
i am so sorry
i havent been on in such a long time
ive been so busy
teachers piling on homework, projects, service hours
plus after school activities
and i got a quotes site, so ive been working on that

Rules (be sure to read the

rules before you enter!!!

1. HAVE FUN

2.You can do whatever you want to your layout as long as you STICK TO THE THEME!

3. You can have up to 2 layouts per contest

4.You can enter layouts that you have already made.

5.No jocked layouts will be accepted!

6. The layouts must be turned in ON TIMe! If there are any late entries they wont even be looked at!

7. You don't have to be invited to participate

Even if you don't think your layout is good enough, please still enter. I take everyone's hard work into consideration.

Point system

you can get a maximum of 10.0 points in every contest.

2.5 points go to how easily i can read everything

2.5 points go to the originality of a layout

2.5 points go to how a layout looks

2.5 points go to how well you stick to the theme

I will tell you your point total if you win 1st 2nd or 3rd
